Rene Herse, formerly Compass Cycles, have launched a new all-purpose tyre in 650×48 and we’re excited. It features an all-purpose tread pattern, that promises grip in dry and loose gravel as well as thick mud, with claims that it rolls exceptionally on road too.
Judging by our testing of the Compass Steilacoom Pass 700×38 knobblies, which roll insanely fast on road given the aggressive tread pattern, this new model is going to be an absolute winner. We’ll let you know how we get on with them- or you can see for yourself with the link below!
